For the State of California, served as an expert witness and testified regarding the redevelopment potential and valuation of Union Station.
For the Joint Powers Authority, served as expert for determining the "fair and reasonable" rents for the merchants of Olvera Street.
Issues: Nature of "arms length" transactions for a portfolio of properties, including McCormick Ranch.
Issues: Zoning interpretation and valuation of property to be acquired through condemnation by the Los Angeles Unified School District.
Testified and served as an expert witness regarding real estate brokerage: "Fiduciary Duties," "Standard of Care," "Fraud" and "Misrepresentation".
Issue: Partnership dispute regarding agreement, role, participation and distribution of assets.
Provided Receiver with expert advice regarding development concept, valuation, general partner performance, governmental entitlements and costs to achieve value.
Represented land owner in a suit with broker, dealing with issues of "Fiduciary Responsibilities," "Standard of Care," "Fraud," "Misrepresentation," and "Dual Representation".
On behalf of landowner, provided expert testimony regarding toxic dumping by major oil company.
Issues: Joint-use possibilities, land use concepts, zoning interpretation limitation, creative land valuation techniques required by the condemnation brought on by Los Angeles Unified School District.

Landlord-Tenant…on behalf of doctor, the case claimed violation of lease, breach of quiet enjoyment, threat to the health and safety of doctor and patients, wrongful lease termination and retaliatory actions.  The tenant won the case.

On behalf of landlord that had a five year lease for the entire building with one tenant, the landlord recovered all rent, tenant improvements and operating expenses and defended counter claim that they were not doing enough to release the space.
